Hello

I Bought RemoDNC 5.0 license via paypal last sunday, but i havent got my licensing number yet.

As soon as your payment completed you were sent an email containing a link where you can collect your activation code.

Please check your spam filter.

You should have our email address. Displayed in the about box in the software. If you're stuck please send us an email.

how long will I receive licence after purchasing?

Do you mean how long is the licence valid for?
The licence is valid forever so there's no annual renewal or anything like that.

Or do you mean how long it takes after purchasing to receive your licence key?

As soon as you make the payment an email is sent to you with instructions for activation.

The email should be sent immediately but occasionally it can take a few minutes for the payment to complete.

Give it a few minutes and if you don't see the email take a look in your spam filter.

If you really think there's a problem just email we'll sort it out pretty quick.

Hi.
The computer where the software installed had died . I have the activation code , but want to install it again , it does not work . I need the DNC. My email. dsokaliski@re****.com.ar

Please check and adjust your spam filter.

You already installed the software on the new computer - it works for 60 days without an activation code so you should not be experiencing any downtime.

Near the top of the program window is a small [?] question mark button. Click that and it displays a serial number. Email that serial number to us.
