We have numerous Citizen Machines (Cincom) with Mitsubishi and Fanuc Controls: F-12, L-16 and L-20. These machines send receive flawlessly. Only on the L-25 and L-32 do we have problems. Had special ends made up for these machines, but still cannot send programs completely. Program starts to send and then errors out with an overflow error. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

You may not need to do all these things but start at the top and try each one.
1. Enable flow control. Your cable will need to have the RTS/CTS pins wired end to end otherwise rts/cts flow control won't work.
2. Increase easyDnc's Block Delay
3. In Windows disable the com port FIFO. Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > Ports Com&LPT Select the com port > Port Setting > Advanced. This displays a checkbox and sliders to adjust the FIFO. Slide the sliders down to zero and uncheck the box to disable the FIFO.
4. Try a lower baud rate
