I have a Milltronics Partner II conversational machine with a Centurion IV Controller. I have not found any combination of settings that will read my programs from the machine. When I try to do a Port Scan I get a Run-time error '1009': Error Setting Port's Characteristics ExtErr
I have tried several other DNC softwares with no luck. I currently am using a MSDOS File Transfer, but it will only run on a 32 bit Windows, and we now have a new system that only runs 64 bit. Someone please advise!!

Tell me about your Dos program. What's it called, where does it com from?

It is the File Transfer for SmartCam. I used all the settings that are called out in it for that software that currently work with it. For some reason I can't get it to recieve using this software or EdgeCam's file transfer. The settings on the old Dos system are 7, even, and 2 with a 110 baud rate. I've tried changing around several settings with the EasyDNC, but to no avail...

When you send data from the CNC to easyDnc does anything appear on the display ?
