hi! i have just downloaded your software on to my laptop and and plugged it in to the rye cc120 cnc we have here and when i start the port scan and press send on the cnc the cnc says divice not ready.... what am i doing wrong?

Sounds like a cable issue.
Specifically the pins 6, 8 and 20 at the CNC end of the cable should all be shorted together
Also pins 4 and 5 at the CNC either need to be linked back to the computer or they need to be short-linked together at the CNC end of the cable.
