Can someone help with dripfeeding to heidenhain tnc 355. Im using easydnc and can transfer/receive programs without problems. do i need to change settings on tnc control?

Drip feeding is something that's controlled by the CNC.
On something like a Fanuc there's two modes. "Mem" (Memory?) and "Tape".
Mem is where a file is loaded into the CNC memory and can then run later from memory.
Tape is where the data is fed to the machine one block at a time.
On the fanuc you put the control into Tape mode, hit Cycle start and at that point the CNC doesn't do anything. You then go to the PC DNC software and hit the Send button and as the data starts to flow the CNC starts cutting, machining or whatever.
As far as the DNC Software is concerned there's no difference between Mem or tape modes. It's up to the CNC to run in whichever mode it needs to.
Sorry about banging on about Fanuc machines. I just don't know about TNC machines but what I'm saying is that you need to look at the control to see whether it has a mode for drip feeding. The DNC Software doesn't need anything speecial. Just enable flow control.
