I got my Cincinnati 500 drip feeding. Works good except the movments are very choppy during some parts of the program. Will increasing the baud rate fix this? (I am currently at 2400). Anything else I should try. Thanks

Check easydnc setup. If the block delay is high you should set that lower or even zero.
If that doesn't help then yes, increase baud to 4800. At higher baud rates you may find you get buffer overflow in the CNC. If that happens try increasing the block delay again

If you are doing any complex 3D free form and your software will only program it in segments even 4800 may be a little slow.
I am running a doosan 4020 with 5 axis and 21i control at 9600 with no errors.
the higher you can run your baud rate the better.
