Topic: Fanuc 6M for Amada Vela 2 - Unable to Transfer File

On the 6M side, this is how the controller is currently sitting.
Current Settings are as follows:
Punch Code = 1 (ISO), Input Device 1 (RMT) = 1, Input Device 2 = 1 (RS232)
Current Parameters are set to the following:
0002 = 10100001
0003 = 10011000
0008 = 10001001
0024 = 00000001
0311 = 00101001
0312 = 00011010
0313 = 00011001
0314 = 00000000
0340 = 3
0341 = 3
On the PC side (CNCPC for Windows), this is how we're sitting.
Baud Rate = 4800, Parity = even, Code Type = ISO, Stop bit = 2, Comm Port 1
When loading a program, we take the following steps:
Turn knob to Edit mode
Press prgm key
Enter O0001
Press the READ key
"Edit" flashes on the controller as though its waiting for a transmission from the PC
Is it possible there's a port setting incorrect? | |
