Hi, do somebody know how to send programm using USB or computer (windows 7) into CNC machine with Mitsubishi Meldas M50 control?

You saying "USB". I assume you mean that you have a USB/RS2323 adapter.
If the USB/Rs232 adapter is installed correctly you should be able to detect ports and see the available Com port (The USB/Rs232 adapter appears in windows as a Com port)
