using easydnc on mazak m32b control. getting a MIS-connect alarm.what could be the problem.

Is it working 'some of the time' or does it never work in any direction ?

Take a look at www.dncsetup.com to make sure you settings and cables etc are correct.

dose not work in any direction, but when i start to download machine to computer i get one letter and than machine control gives me the alarm.

Sounds like you have the mazak set to communicate using the mazak proprietary protocol.

You need to set it to ISO.

Go to the website at www.dncsetup.com and see the settings. Look specifically at the one related to "ISO"
