If you have a way to set the communications at the CNC to use ISO then yes it should work. If you only have EIA or the Mazak protocol then no it won`t.
Only T-Plus and above have (as far as I know) the ability to communicate G-Code so even if you can get the file transfer to work you`ll still not be able to edit files offline on your PC.
There are people such as Griffo Bros who supply a range of offline programmers for mazaks but you`re looking at 1000`s of $`s
