Are you drip feeding? and after some time, machine running for a while, you get that alarm and it stops?
P30 is a communications/data error. Check that you cable is in good condition, not too long, not running alongside power lines etc. Plugs/sockets etc are nice and tight.
But some CNCs will also throw this alarm when they experience a buffer overflow (data came too fast). Look in the DNC setup. See the 'Block Delay' setting. Set it to a bigger number.
