Topic:   NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS SENT

We recently updated our computers and could not use our existing serial number & activation code, it came up with error. So to keep using it we had to sign up for a trial on new s/n numbers. We have sent numerous e-mails to rectify this but no response. Do you have an email address we could communicate on to get this sorted.

What email address are you sending to?



If you're the totalcam (or itforce) guy from the previous post then look in the totalcam mailbox. It should be in there now.

Thank you for your prompt reply. We have not received the activation code via totalcam mailbox. Could you please send it to neil email address.
