Can I run the cnc while easydnc is reading the code or do I have to wait until it reads the whole program. It is taking forever

I think I just answered this one by email.
Takes forever? If the program fits into CNC memory then it might well be best to load it into CNC memory and run there because you can run it multiple times without needing the computer. If the transfer is so slow then maybe you should look at some of the settings in easyDnc to see if you can speed it up. Reduce the block delay for example. Maybe change the baud rate.
But to answer you original question, yes, you can drip feed. On something like a fanuc you put the CNC into tape mode and hit cycle start. At that point the cnc doesn't do anything. Then go to easydnc and hit the send button. As data starts to flow the machine will start cutting/machining.
