Can anyone help with this problem as i am trying to set up easy dnc on an Amada Pega 357 turret punch with a fanuc controller using windows 7 on a laptop???

Laptop - I assume you're using a USB/RS232 cable ?

Does comdiag correctly detect the com port or does it appear as an 'inactive' port.
