We are using this software to drip large 3d machining file to our HAAS VF2 machine. Baud rate is set at 38400 on both but machine is constantly waiting for information from PC. Please advise.

Take a look in the setup window in easyDnc (click the cnc icon and select the setup menu item) and you`ll see a setting for Block Delay. That`s probably set to something like 5 which is a kind of reliable default. Take it down to zero and see if it improves.

Taking the block delay to 0 worked great. No problem with transfer speed now. Great product!!!
