Topic: The machine “stumbles” during movements when working with a drip feed

I use easyDNC with Siemens Sinumerik 810M GA3. When executing a program using a drip feed, the machine constantly seems to stumble when moving. This only happens when blocks are actively being transferred from the computer, but if the transfer is paused and the machine is allowed to execute blocks from the buffer, then everything runs smoothly. Why is this happening? Is there something wrong with the easyDNC settings?

When you say "Stumble" do you mean that it appears to lose some data and skip a line and make a mistake? If that is the case then it maybe be buffer overflow. Make sure flow control is enabled. Maybe increase block delay see if that makes any difference.
